Registered in the United States, we work with clients across North America, Europe, and Asia on engagements where the integrity of a financial model's assumptions is critical to the decision being made.
Our work is designed to complement the existing finance advisory relationship — the CFO, the investment bank, the transaction counsel — not to replace it. We add the one thing those relationships cannot provide: independence from the model's construction.
